Hi Sven. Looks fantastic. The first image is really great, almost like a drawing. You could add thin white lines (dashed, dotted, continuous) and some text and really use it as a drawing to explain the prototype mechanism. Take another shot, same perspective but with flower closed and then overlay it with this image here to show movement and functioning. Just a thought…

I´m trying it out now! Overlaying a drawing in Illustrator.
We have to put it back to take som complementary shots anyway so I can take the closed one. Hopefully I have time..
